 If you have received a damaged or dysfunctional item please email us at:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5-7 days.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

For all returns, a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking.

We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once the returned items are received and inspected, the $25 will be deducted, and the remaining refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
